Empowerment in Action: Kemnal Celebrates International Women’s Day 2026

This week, the Kemnal community came together to honour International Women’s Day with the Kemnal Women’s Network hosting a powerful webinar dedicated to the professional growth, well-being, and advancement of our female colleagues. It was a moment to pause, reflect on our collective journey, and reinforce our commitment to an inclusive workplace and included the launch of our new support platform EducateHER.

Designed as a central resource for the Kemnal Women’s Network, the EducateHer platform serves as a dedicated space for:

• Professional Development: Curated resources for leadership training and career progression.

• Community Connection: A hub for sharing stories, experiences, and advice across our staff.

• Support & Advocacy: Easy access to information regarding workplace equity, health, and wellbeing.

The site is a testament to our mission of "achieving more together," providing the tools necessary for every female staff member to navigate her career with confidence and support.

The session was more than just a celebration; it was a strategic conversation about how we can continue to foster an environment where every woman at Kemnal can thrive.  The insights gathered from the webinar will help shape the network’s agenda for the remainder of the year.

A standout feature of this year’s event was the active participation of male colleagues. The Kemnal Women’s Network believes that achieving true equity is a collective responsibility.
