Good wellbeing has never been more important in schools, for leaders, staff and pupils. Wellbeing impacts everything from the academic attainment of pupils to attendance and retention of staff. This session will share with you the national landscape, particularly around pupils and teacher/leader wellbeing, TKAT's vision and strategy for mentally healthy schools and practical strategies for monitoring well being in your school.
