Target Audience:

Chairs of Governors and/or Vice Chairs of Governors

 

Overview:

We would like to invite all chairs of governors or their deputies to represent their schools and local governing bodies at the TKAT governors conference. There may be space for a 2nd governor from each school, so if you would like to attend, please discuss with your chair and then register. The keynote speaker will be Sam Henson, who is Vice CEO of the NGA and formerly the governance lead for a large MAT. There will also be sessions on trust progress and priorities with TKAT’s SLT, on equitable funding, and on developing a checklist for all local boards. There will also be an opportunity to meet with corporate teams and learn more about how they work with and support all our academies. Lunch will be provided.
