Overview:

Peer reflection groups are a space for staff to connect with one another and share their experiences in a helpful way.

It is not group therapy, supervision or counselling but is a place for listening, supporting and empathising with one another.

This workshop will explain what peer reflection groups are and how they operate. It will support anyone who would like to set up a peer reflection group to support ACE Tutors in school to develop the skills to do this. This training is suitable for ACE Tutors, ACE Leads or any other appropriate staff member.
