TKAT Oracy Competition winners are announced!
Posted on: 10th Nov 2023During the Summer term, TKAT launched a Trust-wide Oracy Competition.
Using Jeffrey Boakye's Musical Truth as inspiration this year, students across TKAT read and explored his book. Some schools learned the songs and performed them. Some schools created whole school cross curricular projects.
We are now delighted to announce that the Primary winners are: Gray’s Farm Primary Academy and Shenstone School. The Secondary winner is Debden Park High School.
We would like to extend special thanks to all staff who engaged with the project aimed at promoting reading and oracy in our schools.
There was a lot of enthusiastic engagement with the project, and TKAT schools will continue to work with the author in the future on new projects.
